YDP / TRADE PRODUCTION / JOB INTAKE

YOUR CUSTOMER DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW OUR NAME.

Behind on production? Equipment down? Full-color job you don't want to touch? Send it over. Let's scope the production while you keep the customer relationship.

Final quote after artwork review.

THE JOB, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK

WE PRINT. YOU MARK IT UP. EVERYBODY GOES HOME.

01

JOB SPECIFICATION

Quantity, garment source, sizes, print locations, artwork files and required date. Tell us if you are supplying blanks so we can review them.

02

HANDOFF REQUIREMENTS

Ask about labels, packaging, shipping origin and any customer-facing details. Confirm white-label requirements before the job is accepted.

03

PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

Confirm trade pricing, responsibilities, proof approval and delivery arrangements per job. The public $700 offer is not a promised reseller rate.

A PRODUCTION RELATIONSHIP STARTS WITH A CLEAR TICKET.

Screen printers, brokers, designers, agencies and merch companies can bring overflow and full-color apparel jobs to YDP. Specify what you are handling and what you need the shop to handle. Use the existing quote intake, then contact YDP to confirm trade requirements and capacity. Do not assume blind shipping, supplied blanks or confidentiality terms are included without agreement.

YOUR ART. OUR INK.

  1. 01 / BUILD THE QUOTE

Choose garment, print locations, quantity, sizes and extras.

  2. 02 / ADD THE ARTWORK

Continue in YDP’s existing flow. Review the proof and confirmed job details.

  3. 03 / LOCK THE JOB

Follow the existing payment flow. Confirm production and pickup or shipping.

BEFORE WE PRINT.

Is trade pricing the same as the public offer?

Trade jobs need their own confirmed specification and quote. The public offer is a reference for standard cotton front DTF apparel, not a wholesale rate commitment.

Can YDP accept my blanks or ship without its branding?

Ask YDP to confirm supplied-garment acceptance and any white-label or blind-shipping requirements before sending the job.

What belongs in a trade job ticket?

Include garment details, quantity and sizes, artwork and locations, finishing, approval contact, deadline and handoff requirements.
